1. What is the validity of the Těšínské Slezsko Region Card?

The Těšínské Slezsko Region Card is valid for one year, from 1.11. to 31.10. The advantages and discounts within the Card can be drawn in accordance with the specifications of individual services stated in the overview of services.

2. Is one card enough for the whole family or does each member of the family need one?

It is a so-called guest card, which is non-transferable and issued to a name. Thus it is necessary for each member of the family to have a Card.

3. Where can I get a Card, if my accommodation provider is not involved in the Těšínské Slezsko Region Card System?

Primarily you can get a Card for free through one of the participating accommodation providers within benefits provided along with your stay. You can purchase a Card at a Tourist Information Centre and in places stated on the list of sales points for just 85 CZK. Or you can purchase the Card online from our e-shop.

4. How much does the Těšínské Slezsko Region Card cost

Těšínské Slezsko Region Card.The regular sales price of the Těšínské Slezsko Region Card is 85 CZK. The price is unified (adults / children / seniors / students).

5. How are discounts applied to individual services?

Těšínské Slezsko Region Card Cardholders use the advantages and discounts states in the brochure or on this website by presenting the Card at the place where the service is provided. The Card is either accepted based on a bar code using a scanning device, which the respective service provider is equipped with, or by verifying the unique number on the right, above the bar code, or just visually. When presenting the card, you may be asked to present your identification card.

6. Where can I find an overview of discounts and advantages of the Těšínské Slezsko Region Card?

A list of discounts and advantages is presented in the Těšínské Slezsko Region Card brochure, which you will receive at participating accommodation providers or at sales points of the Těšínské Slezsko Region Card. A complete and up to date list is provided here.

7. I have lost my Card, what should I do?

You have to contact the Operator by e-mail: karta@tesinskeslezsko.cz. The Card will be duplicated for you after it has been blocked.

8. Can I have more than one Card issued in my name?

No. The Card is non-transferable and issued to one name valid for 1 year. Each person may only have one Card issued in their name.

9. Will new services be added to the Těšínské Slezsko Region Card?

Yes, the system is open and we will be adding new services continuously. The most up to date overview of services is always presented here and guests, who provide their contact data during Card issuance or on this website, will be continuously informed about what’s new.
